About

I am a theoretical physicist working on the foundations of quantum theory, but also quantum information theory and the non-commutative geometry of the Weyl-Heisenberg group.

This blog contains my thoughts on quantum theory, and specifically on the problems we have with understanding its meaning. I will try to argue for a new and more scientific approach of dealing with the issue of interpretation and show why I believe that such an approach is even possible.

The results discussed here are based on standard quantum theory, but also contain results from my own research. I will add links to open access papers where appropriate. I will not try to back up every little statement with a bibliographic link, as this is not the intention of the blog. You will be able to find the references in the linked scientific papers. If you would still like to see a specific reference not otherwise covered, you can leave a comment.
